0145(11) - At the time of inspection, the outdoor emergency exit fence did not consistently self-close or self-latch. 0145(6) - At the time of inspection, a large section on the front left side of the outdoor play area did not have a fence or barrier preventing children from leaving or people from entering. 0145(8) - At the time of inspection, the back section of the fence was detached from the fence poles causing a section of the fence to lean into the outdoor play area.
